Nature's Symphony
A bunch globe amaranth (Makhmali) flowers blloming in spring
Murtiya, Nepal
I clicked this during the month of Kartik—an autumn month in Nepal filled with festivals. This flower, known as Makhmali, is especially used during Bhai Tika, a special day when sisters worship their brothers for good fortune. It’s one of my favorite flowers. It doesn’t even grow bigger than most flower buds, but its bright color and the rich green bush it grows on always catch the eye.

Bathed in golden light, magenta flowers sway, their petals unfolding like whispered dreams. A fleeting masterpiece, kissed by the breeze, they dance in nature’s embrace, painting serenity upon the earth’s canvas.
